Publication: Integration without Joining? Neighbourhood Relations at the Finnish-Russian Border
This Danish Institute of International Studies’ new Working Paper, authored by Anais Maris, tackles the issue of cross-border cooperation in the North in the particular case of the Finnish-Russian border. As argued by the author: “the paper calls on constructivist IR theory to elaborate a model for analyzing the factors, actors and mechanisms that contributed to the partial integration of this frontier” (p.1).
